The only good thing about this place is the rent is on the lower end There is a constant problem with bed bugs in this building which they do not treat seriously They use the cheapest stuff they can get that does not work The management constantly practices discrimination and has tenants coming from out of state to move in and they move them into the buildin 2018-10-25T16:58:48Z

Beautiful property with lovely grounds One of the most brilliant oak trees Ive seen in possibly ever And the manager is sweet and kind Would recommend to any one looking for senior affordable housing

Ive lived here since I was 13 it started out pretty good but recently a different company took over and they have so far been neglectful of their tenants needs and do the cheapest repairs that professionals should be doing with a mainatnce man that doesnt really want to his job and often complains about having to do so Manager has also replaced rec room furn 2018-11-13T00:34:59Z
Ive lived here since I was 13 it started out pretty good but recently a different company took over and they have so far been neglectful of their tenants needs and do the cheapest repairs that professionals should be doing with a mainatnce man that doesnt really want to his job and often complains about having to do so Manager has also replaced rec room furniture brand new and no one is allowed to use it They took our kids play ground out about 3 years ago and have yet to replace it and have then asked us that our kids outside toys cannot be on our personal porches giving our kids nothing to do while they are outside All in all is a comfy place could do with way better management and use of funds This place cares more about your outside than they do about what is actually wrong in your apartments more ... hide ...

Very nice apartment complex with top notch security a Work out room Computer Room its very beautiful the next time I am there I will take pics of inside and out A community garden lots of fun things to do all the people are very respectful and kind and very welcoming
