This place is terrible I have no idea where to even start During spring they were remodeling they completely redid the whole place and I dont know who they contracted out to do the remodel but they did an absolutely terrible job there are flaws everywhere in this building that show the crap job they did Then as they were moving people back in they were losing peoples boxes and breaking valueablesnnThere were a lot of people who were upset with the job they did but at the reopening of the apartment they held a bbq to celebrate and you were not allowed to speak ill of the job they had donennBut thatss just the beginning I am a live in aid for my grandmother we are living in a 1 bedroom unit and we are supposed to be moving into a 2 bedroom that opened up last month but because they are incompetent and twiddle their thumbs we have to wait till as late as February even before we can move innnAnd to make matters worse despite this being a seniordisabled apartment they have let in a mom and her 2 kids and a drugaddict with a pitbullnnIf I were you I would not consider this place when looking for somewhere to live You WILL be dissapointed more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for over 10 years It has definitely been a great place to stay in the past You could proudly bring people to the property without feeling embarrassed Now You can see that management does not care in the slightestnnTheres trash all over the grounds particularly in the breezeways Theres vehicles growing moss under them because theyre sitting so long whilst the parking for those of us that do drive daily is non existent Theres piles of dog waste everywhere so kids cant even enjoy the yard The playground fell apart and was taken down for safety and never replaced The sprinklers werent ran this year so the grass they worked hard to reseed and fill in died off this summer Maintenance inside the homes are not being addressed I have several work orders in including one for my leaking ceiling Its been in for weeks and nobody has addressed it I have water damage under my sink and again nobody addressed it Ive reached out to management in different forms of communication and still no responsennIdk if Cambridge Management is aware of how the property has fallen into disrepair or not but I think its high time they did a walkthrough of their property It clearly seems that the general attitude by property management is that they do not care I will try to take some pictures to get them added to the reviews so others can see my concerns more ... hide ...

Manager doesmt care about amy of the residents and is never in the office office is close more than its open even on rent due date Both maintenance men seem like they have no idea what they are doing they just wander around tryimg to act busy
