Briarwood is a great place to live The management team Melinda and Zena are very accessible The grounds are well maintained and the clubhouse is a nice place to hang out and there are lots of activities offered such as ceramic and art classes movie night potlucks book club etc Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner
