Id like to give my opinion in as much of a professional manner as possible as a contractor just recently released from working at Parkside Apartments Ive been an observer to vicious daily tirades about homeless impoverished and disadvantaged people by the managementnnIve been told to dismiss work orders to correct apartment issues impacting the quality of life of the residents some quite seriousnnThe people of color working there have no recourse when they have been attacked by certain management using racial slurs Was verbally assaulted while picking up my things on my last day by being let go a day after a maintenance person confided in me he was being racially victimized by the management and they refused to discipline the personnnId told him to contact Department of Labor with his income seek a lawyer Im fairly certain I was overheard and seen as a conspirator and was let go due to this even though I did nothing except respond to him about itnnThanks to this company Im now without a formal job and may not be able to locate an apartment due to income which Ive been struggling to find due to a divorce settlement I very much hope the aggressors are investigated and their employment discontinued as a result of thisnnThis is a lowincome subsidized community and it deserves a better more caring team suited towards the residents needs more ... hide ...

I would advise prospective tenants to seriously research this place before renting First of all this entire property is not secure by any stretch of the imagination Thanks to some of the tenants the homeless have the run of the building Package theft is a real problem The amenities such as the fitness room spa and activities rooms are locked up at 5pm weeknights and all weekend The computers in the library dont work The TVs in the common areas dont work The bathrooms in the common areas are locked Apparently management is unable or unwilling to enforce their own lease agreementsresidents smoke in their units and allow homeless people into the building who then let other homeless people in One resident has repeatedly threatened others and constantly violates parking rules These tenants are threats to everyones safety and security yet here they remain This building is not safe On a more positive note the rent is reasonable the apartmentsat least mineare nice and the maintenance staff is friendly There seems to be a serious management staffing issue in that this building seems to have no permanent management staff Hopefully that will change because this place has great potential if only they could address the horrible tenants issue more ... hide ...

I think its a nice and quiet place to live management works very hard to keep the Monti Cristo Apartments a safe drug free inviorment for its residents to feel safe during their time here at the Monti
