I live in public housing with other domestic violence victims and I can say that evha line there pockets by exploiting victims and the negligence and misconduct has caused almost all of the children who live here Including my own to be victimizednnThey watched a neighbor for a year pray on our children which was when I began reporting her to them They never reported it until after she forced my special needs son up in her apt for the 2nd time and i raised hell They take our childrens bikes and scooters from outside and our clothes in the laundry room and haul them away we never see them againnnI made a formal complaint about what happened to our children and they cut down 3 beautiful trees and put cameras up and plan to put cameras in the places where the trees were one which is infront of my windownnThey plan on putting cameras in between our front doors to watch us coming and going its violating and must of us especially our children will be effected by the way they treated us forever They would rather watch us become another statistic then a success story more ... hide ...

Ummm should you be open by nowI mean you could probably open the office again and wear masks in the building Im pretty sure its safe enough to where you do not have to close an entire building and make services that much harder for people in hard times

Ive only lived here a few months but I really like it The location is great and the management is extremely responsive to any issues that crop up We were looking for an apartment for quite some time and a week after we saw this one we moved in Everything is dealt with extremely professionally I recommend this place highly

This has been an okay place to live Generally quiet maintenance is good and parking is acceptable The management is interesting We have 1 longtime staff member who always does his best to get things done But the head manager is rude and has very poor customer service skills She is relatively new and seems to have alot on her plate recovering paperwork mista 2012-12-20T01:29:32Z
This has been an okay place to live Generally quiet maintenance is good and parking is acceptable The management is interesting We have 1 longtime staff member who always does his best to get things done But the head manager is rude and has very poor customer service skills She is relatively new and seems to have alot on her plate recovering paperwork mistakes of her predecessor The end reason why we moved out is stress 34 times during the yearevery 23months we have a notice on our door to do such and such within 10 days or be evicted Its related to the government tax credit this place receives Even when we have done what they asked turned in paperwork and gotten the okay its done a couple months later we get word that its wrong and need to redo it or be evicted in 10 days Talk about stress We dont even seem to get a lower rent from this government tax break There are other apartments without this headache in the same price range more ... hide ...
