I have extremely mixed feelings about this place To start off the application process was a disaster Like 23 months in they tried to raise our rent but then they took that back Our mail key didnt work no screens on our windows which we never received in our 6 months before we gave up asking My neighbor was a drug addictdealer and was constantly loud and publicly intoxicated and nothing was done about her until after we had paid WAY too much in fees to move out because I couldnt handle my neighbor anymore As we wanted to leave they threw in that we didnt give them enough notice so we had to pay a full months rent on top of fees Meanwhile the property we were going to move into we paid for because we had agreed to room with someone and we didnt want to short them Needless to say we are broke my wedding venue got cancelled because we couldnt pay for it and we are currently living with fiances parentsnI have mixed feelings though because management was super helpful with the horrible application process Carol specifically the other woman was rude and not helpful But as we left management changed and the place started to actually get cleaned up so I kind of regret leaving my lease But why was the drug addict there so long The homeless people I would love to move back if it continues to improve
