I moved in 2 months agonSince the first week Ive regretted giving up my other place to move herenThe apartment is nice but you can hear EVERYTHING from outside noise to your neighbors talking and walkingnIve made multiple complaints to both the staff and to courtesy patrol about these issuesnThe courtesy patrol are really good at keeping noise down at night which great for some of us who has to work in the morningnResidents here DO NOT watch their kids at all you will see them outside playing in the parking lots and running into the streets Watch your car closelynnThe employees are great but it seems they have a lot of work and arent able to give attention to residents needs or concerns Need more employees they never pick up the phonenI will not be renewing my lease next yearnif you want to live comfortably and have some peace after work here is not the place to livenJust my opinion more ... hide ...

Its a pretty nice place thats newly remodeled Good location and everything is wheelchair accessible including ramps elevators push button doors Parking for guests is not guaranteed and may require a small hike from the shopping center across the main street out front There are 2 buildings which unfortunately confuses the pothead delivery drivers with Amazon 2022-06-26T16:13:45Z
Its a pretty nice place thats newly remodeled Good location and everything is wheelchair accessible including ramps elevators push button doors Parking for guests is not guaranteed and may require a small hike from the shopping center across the main street out front There are 2 buildings which unfortunately confuses the pothead delivery drivers with Amazon FedEx and UPS So getting a package is also not guaranteed here and youll want to be home if it does make it to your door because something must be in the air that causes a box to grow legs and walk away Rent is a fair amount for the space and everything looks nice now There are several disabled parking spots too and a smoking area out back with chairs There may also be gardening space available in raised beds in the courtyards I dont think vegetables grow legs but they may grow wings I would recommend this place to any senior with limited income that doesnt garden or receive any packages that cant be reimbursed by the shipper if they dont make it to you All the people that Ive met here are really nice Watch out for dirty laundry machines though more ... hide ...

My cousin stays here and they have a nice little two bedroom We spent a couple nights over Memorial Day weekend and I gotta say I felt bad because the whole apartment was surrounded with the smell of marijuana They have two little kids and the smell just overpowered the whole apartment Not only that they opened all the windows to try and air out the place an 2020-05-27T07:27:32Z
My cousin stays here and they have a nice little two bedroom We spent a couple nights over Memorial Day weekend and I gotta say I felt bad because the whole apartment was surrounded with the smell of marijuana They have two little kids and the smell just overpowered the whole apartment Not only that they opened all the windows to try and air out the place and nothing helped because the neighbors were also smoking outside Even with the windows and doors closed theres still smell inside even after my cousin and her husband bought so many air fresheners oil diffusers you name it Overall its a nice place but not much of the neighbors have any common sense that theres children in the area I gave it 2 stars because they lack security and for a small place you really cant get any fresh air besides leave the house and come back later to more odor more ... hide ...

Great Atmosphere the Manager Angela Greer is very personable and cant have a better manager than her Always helping and making people comfortable where they live

Just ended my one year lease last week and holy hell Im glad to move out Lived here with my wife and it was hellnNot only was it highcrime but we actually had drug addicts sleep outside our door in the hall but more often than not they just buy drugs here or smoke them in the entry waynnMy wife had to start carrying pepper spray with her to work because she feared for her well being as do innParking is a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle These idiots who live across the way light off fireworks two months prior to any holiday then three months afternnSame said neighbors also test their speakers but more to the point your patience by blasting loud and obscene music starting around 9 AM and if youre lucky ending at 7 pm If you happen to have someone in your family that has autism like my nephew that I babysit and ask these neighbors to turn their music down they will be downright hostile threateningnnTheres mold under the sink on the windowsil and basically anywhere that it CAN grownWhen we moved in the black mold was there I asked maintenance to fix it They came in sprayed it left Since that didnt work I scrubbed the area clean and finally got rid of it Even put a little dehumidifier by it Then they tried to charge me keep my deposit because the black mold they left had seeped through the paint dried it out Took weeks to get my deposit back though Im sure the lady that returned it got firednnAt random points through your days and nights here you will get guests Not the normal kind that you want around but instead the kind that knock on your door to see if youre home This is done so they can schedule a break in when you are not homennThey will knock wait to notice if youre moving about inside then runnnTheyve alson1 Physically grabbed my doorknob tried to open itn2 Climbed to the second floor tried opening the balcony doorn3 Tried stealing our AC unitn4 Looked into my car to see if anything worth stealing is insidennAnd just a heads up for anyone who is thinking ohh it cant be that bad it really is If I was exaggerating I would have given 0 stars but Ive been very truthfulnnThe only reason Im doing this review is because I dont want good people to have to deal with this hell holennOh and did I add that people still chain smoke in their apartments as well as the hallwaysnI quit smoking YEARS ago its disgusting not very nice to impose onto people who dont smokenBut when Id leave the building i would be BATHED in cigarette fog purely from walking into the hallway for ten secondsnnOh and since laundry isnt in the apartment units its basically Russian roulette Will I get the drug addicted neighbors the degenerate clients of said neighbors or the very rare two neighbors that actually know how being an adult works more ... hide ...

My unit was not clean and was poorly painted and carpeted when I received it I gave up listing issues during the walkthru when I noticed the manager Julia was only selectively notating what I was pointing out The building and whole complex according to the terminix guy has pest problem as I immediately saw cockroaches on a once every two week basis Manager Julias communication consistently leaves much to be desired snide and cold in response and lackluster follow through Once communicated pest control would come on 32 but then stayed home sick and no one was here for pest control to meet so no ones units were treated When confronted she promised to call with a rescheduled time and the sent pest control same day without prior notice also having provided outdated information on the process leaving tenants to believe theyd need to vacate their homes She further gave notice that the laundry room key was to be changed on 312 but then failed to be able to follow through after twice checking in she resigned to finally say on 319 she will just have to provide a new notice when they finally get around to it I no longer feel safe living here after my most recent interaction with manager Julia as she personally served a notice to my door today 321 that my tenancy will end in 10 days because she saw violations on 126 nearly two months ago Her claim being my unit was unsanitary a claim Im fairly offended by especially as a busy pregnant mother I live in a one bedroom unit with my two sons and my daughter on the way We live here because it is the only place I feel I can afford and at 663 a month it is cheap to live here but at what cost when you are not treated decently by management The area is slightly rough in those same regards there are constantly beer cans in the parking lot and the walls are thin so you can hear everything going on around you When I asked why manager Julia did not give me any forewarning of my sanitary violations during our inspection or anytime she had seen me thereafter or when we discussed the conditions of the unit she said it was because she did not have to and hung up the phone Live here because its cheap and all you can afford otherwise dont live here more ... hide ...

Ive been a tenant here since September 11nDulce Laura and Tom I have now learned his name at the apartment office have all been awesome and swift with answering any questions I have had They have also made me feel comfortable in my new apartmentnnI have put in some maintenance requests both by calling the office and by using the online portal and so far the maintenance response time is great The maintenance guy is also an amazing guy Very friendly respectful and knows what hes doingnnI was given a free tow card which I eventually ended up using the first night here I drove out and returned after 3 hours at almost midnight to find another vehicle on my reserved spotnAfter waiting for a while to see if anyone would show up to take the vehicle away I called the tow company and they came to tow the vehicle away at no cost to me All I had to do was show my card and identify myself Their response time was within 30 minutes after I callednnSo far I have loved it here It is also about 30 minutes to any part of the Greater Seattle Area more ... hide ...

I think its a good place for old people It is cozy and convenient and the location is particularly good for walking

Went in to inquire about an apartment the leasing staff is friendly and helpful Their units are beautiful and reasonable priced The property is very nice I will be applying very soon
