I went into the office to ask if anyone has jumper cables and she quickly dismissed me and said no we dont have any and and I quote she said we cant help you here I said OK So I responded whats with the attitude she said I dont have an attitude we just cant help you here in a very nasty tone I said well if anyones car is being broken into that affects everybody on this property and not just me this is the second time this is happened and I know that its happened to my neighbor so Im just giving you guys a heads upnI proceeded to ask her for my pool key and she said she wasnt going to give me a pool key because if there was any problems that it would be her responsibility insinuating that I am some type of problem I said well you can go ahead and give me my pool key Im not gonna leave until you get my pool key because its my house She proceeded to threaten to call the police on me and when ahead and did so and when they asked her for description she referred to me as dark skinned She could have referred to me in any other manner glasses African American white tall red lipstick so yes I do think that that was racist Im actually highly offendednIm not surprised that shes left out all the details she actually begin to raise her voice at me and screamed get out and then proceeded to call me dark skinned it and of course I think anyone would have be upset by that especially in the time period that were in Sounds to me like someone needs someone needs diversity training more ... hide ...

They will not respond with anything to your application I did apply multiple times to my parents and so far sent 3 applications but no respond at all We should get at least something like you are on waiting list or not qualify

I been there 3 weeks in a row calling leaving messages and nothing Im looking for apartments I hear here is a good place to live but nobody is there to help o give information is reality sad Always closedn Updated thank you for your response I did get a call today an I made an appointment it was someone really friendly thank you again

I have been very hesitant to leave a review but after non stop situations living here since 2019 to now still present things around here arent any better since move in for us Id like to say if your in a bad situation financially living here would be worth it But if you could afford the extra 300 to rent somewhere else I would definitely do so This complex is full of children who are unaccompanied by adult supervision children under 14 and allowed to run around freely At times behavioral incidents have happened to frequently and Little is resolved to make it stop personal property is tampered with by property children Property management doesnt follow up on Major issues units arent fully remodeled like advertisednSome people have made the kindest of people around here into monsters They hit the breaking point Since Covid 19 things around Park place apartments has been getting worse We all know apartment life isnt the easy however when it comes to safety and housekeeping issues non stop and never really settled the right way you cant help but wonder why Im Looking forward to the new year and the possiblity of saying good bye to a hostile living place at Park place an environment that is not a peaceful quiet one or one that has provided me and family a great living experience Do better Be better Life isnt better here more ... hide ...
