They will not respond with anything to your application I did apply multiple times to my parents and so far sent 3 applications but no respond at all We should get at least something like you are on waiting list or not qualify

I would not recommend this place If you apply for this apartment they will ask for a deposit of 300 plus a 50 credit check Now thats a common expectation right Yes it is required in most apartments that you apply for What they do not tell you is that they expect you to pay that on a debitcredit card but they will not be providing a refund back to your debitc

I been there 3 weeks in a row calling leaving messages and nothing Im looking for apartments I hear here is a good place to live but nobody is there to help o give information is reality sad Always closedn Updated thank you for your response I did get a call today an I made an appointment it was someone really friendly thank you again

I have been very hesitant to leave a review but after non stop situations living here since 2019 to now still present things around here arent any better since move in for us Id like to say if your in a bad situation financially living here would be worth it But if you could afford the extra 300 to rent somewhere else I would definitely do so This complex is full of children who are unaccompanied by adult supervision children under 14 and allowed to run around freely At times behavioral incidents have happened to frequently and Little is resolved to make it stop personal property is tampered with by property children Property management doesnt follow up on Major issues units arent fully remodeled like advertisednSome people have made the kindest of people around here into monsters They hit the breaking point Since Covid 19 things around Park place apartments has been getting worse We all know apartment life isnt the easy however when it comes to safety and housekeeping issues non stop and never really settled the right way you cant help but wonder why Im Looking forward to the new year and the possiblity of saying good bye to a hostile living place at Park place an environment that is not a peaceful quiet one or one that has provided me and family a great living experience Do better Be better Life isnt better here
