I lived here for 8 years Its really the perfect location in S Seattle hyper close to public transportation and the rent is affordable based on your income Unfortunately they struggle to keep landlords or maintenance workers because of how nasty it is In 8 years I had at least 8 different landlords The garbage room is disgusting and several units have roaches

I was a tenant there 102020 102022nTLDR Stay away if you can Stay awaynFirst year it was a good place that I liked but then in early 2022 the management started changing not unlike the weather in Seattle so it started impossible to reach out anybody neither by phones nor by emails neither they were returning my calls so I had to walk to their office on 5th to find at least anybody and literally ask a completely unrelated Greystar employee to give me at least some reachable live person Because of all their incompetence and slowness potential tenants just walked away seeing how inexplicably hard the communication with them was during simplest requestsnThe management both of the property and the Greystar lack any respect towards the tenants and any basic understanding of how the work can be done and only reach you out if they want your money and tend to tell you things lacking any common sensenWhen the time came to return my deposit they returned me peanuts without any explanation 10 days past due according to the WA lawnRidiculous level of service which is combined with the notoriously high crime of BelltownnI really hope this review will save nerves to at least somebody

You have to clean your own room at the time of moving out and the apartment manager will catch you on every tiny stain and make you pay for it It has low cost and convenient location But if you dont want to get into trouble and pay a lot of money for cleaning you can choose elsewhere
