1010 Good improvemnts noticed ThanksnnReally came down to be not a good place at all Lots of safety concerns in the garage Items being left in the garage and are not picked up or destroyed the new people who are now in the building are putting too much staff causing safety concern Scooters left by the garage door make it super difficult and safety concern for the driversnnWorkers who are working in the building leave pieces of metal derbies causing safety issues The tools are falling down and no one is taking care of thisnThe management has no control in managing the tenants nor the workers Of course theft is the most common issue in this building now it is really hard to go in and out through the garagennLaundry is becoming somebodys second room There are bunch of cloths left for weeks causing odor Besides strangers can also do laundry leaving there bags for weeksnWe know the building might be under consideration but people live here and management is not paying any attention and the value is deteriorating each day Please until the building is sold can you please take care of these safety concerns

I lived there since 2019 and moved out last month I no longer felt safenPros rent is affordable tall ceilings all new appliances and recently remodeled daycare in the building hard wood floors some neighbors are great people pet friendly food bank on site and easy to find out about other resources for low income people homework club for kids Magnuson Park an

I lived there since 2019 and moved out last month I no longer felt safenPros rent is affordable tall ceilings all new appliances and recently remodeled daycare in the building hard wood floors some neighbors are great people pet friendly food bank on site and easy to find out about other resources for low income people homework club for kids Magnuson Park and all its amenities are walking distance several playgrounds nearby free parkingnCons building doors constantly breaking regular package theft a lot of drug use and activity associated with it noisy people outside at all hours cockroaches frequent messes in the garbage area and hallways new employees all the time and many times they dont want to help or dont know what theyre doing people that dont live here wandering the building or locking themselves in a bathroom mostly at night windows only open a few inches and it gets too hot in the summer frequent car theftburglary washerdryers constantly breaking and some are filthynnThere is probably more and Ill add it when I think of it

I was just at a St Patricks Day potluck the food that they cooked was really deliciousbut there were people that were extremely rude Ive gotten yelled at by two people there and there was a man that was being really rude to me I was trying to get some more food to go and he literally got on my case and then there is a I was talking to him andand then she started raising her voice I wasnt sure if she was yelling at me or at him or at both of us but I was only there for a little while and then I left that was the worst potluck and worst experience I have ever experienced I will never go back there again nor will I ever go back to their events again the people there are extremely mean and rude and hardhearted thats all I got to say I just have to be honest I would not recommend this place at all
