Today I took a visit to Martin Court to see a relative The parking lot at the current time was completely full as we had the general contractors here Burke mechanical here and it looks like there may have been another contractor here as well I took it upon myself to park off to the side as I seen three other cars inside of the parking lot that were not parked in parking spots After about a 10minute visit I walk to my car to get ready to leave That is when Lynn Demarco walked up to my car as I got in banged on my window I slowly crack the door as she took it upon herself flings my door open Advises that she was about to tow my car and that I should never Park here again She stated with a very aggressive tone that I was blocking her car in It was the actual contractors that were blocking her car in She proceeded to ask me who I came to visit as if that was any of her business My visit to the Martin Court Apartments has been by far the WORST experience ever This womens delivery was Absolutley unacceptable and i will not tolerate that kind of behavior Lynn Demarco spoke to me as if she had some preconceived notion as to who I was and what i stood for I will also be reporting that my relative has gone 7 months without hot water bad pipes and the water is brown coming out of the tub They treat these tenants like worthless animals Ive heard from several tenants that she likes to degrade and talk down on them as i find that very easy to believe after my run in with her Low income people deserve to be treated like normal people What a Horrific first time experience here I will NEVER step foot in this place again more ... hide ...

I was excited to apply here as everything seemed great and responsibly priced However I was baffled by the complete lack of communication It took me one full week of endless emails and phone calls ignored to get prospect code just to apply I had to have a friend with a local number call to get any response After the I finished the application I heard nothing 2022-03-04T03:20:24Z
I was excited to apply here as everything seemed great and responsibly priced However I was baffled by the complete lack of communication It took me one full week of endless emails and phone calls ignored to get prospect code just to apply I had to have a friend with a local number call to get any response After the I finished the application I heard nothing back for a full week of ignored emails and calls again When I finally got in contact with someone they claimed they did not have all of the forms I filled out the week before I understand that things get lost and that people are busy in this pandemic However after I refilled all my paperwork they still have not gotten back to me after a week of having a recompleted application I have emailed and called them endless amounts of times and had my friend with the local number try again only for them to be ignored too I was lucky enough to find a different apartment in less than 2 weeks Be mindful if you apply here as it seems like they need at least a full month of constant calls and emails to get any progress If you manage to get their leasing office to do anything for you in a timely manner good for you This location seems nice the only problem I have is their lack of timely communication more ... hide ...

The apartments are huge and have a lot of amenities sure there are issues that come with any apartment community that is considerably large but the staff is nice and will address any concerns you have as long as you can be patient I also really like the range of styles of units from studios to rowhouse style with garages to townhouses chances are you will fi 2021-02-19T22:43:13Z
