Im a resident at OK Hotel I thought it was a great place when I moved in But recently there has been a few issues that I hope management would quickly address First there is a lot of trash in and around the front entry door Occasionally there are trash placed in the lobby toonnA serious issue is the constant hot water and heater shutoff this isnt just a few hours This weekend for example my unit was really cold that I couldnt sleep Havent been able to shower in 2 days because no hot water This happened a couple weeks ago too I wish management would address this issue This is not really acceptablennThe biggest issue is safety The front entry always has homeless and sketchy people hanging out trying to get in Inside people leave trash in the lobby and staircase No one seem to care The new management doesnt do much to improve the situation This building is full of thieves Amazon packages are often stolen The list goes onmanagement should step up to turn this place around more ... hide ...
