The tenant above me wakes me up before my alarm set 630am they get up at 300 am I mean heavy boots steps And after asking the manager if they were moving I was told that the wife works at 400 am That they were sorry Ever since to today these couple have tortured me After continuing my unpacking I was so happy to find my CDRadio player So when the rocus is unbearable I just play my music that made it worse they would drop heavy stuff The man said he felt like walking on eggshells So if he felt that way I didnt understand why he continues to tortures me Come to find out hes on drugs Now the 300 am changed to 530 am with the man walks with his walker really loud for hours I know its intentional because I hear it when he walks normal its not so loud He must put something heavy on it to make it so loud I live by myself so I feel like hes bullying me So complaining you say Good luck with that I was told by the manager the previous tenant lived here for 11 yrs with no complaints That made me felt so hurt like Im this sensitive complainer Then one day there was a knock on my door it was the couple who previously lived here asking if I had received an important mail that they were waiting for I never did but since I have not checked my mail that day we went to the mailbox to see it was not there And we pretty much have the same experiences The wife was too afraid to complain because shes alone with her young children Her husband is away most of the time But when hes home he said he had to go up there to let these couple know that they are making too much noise They have told me so much more I felt so justified One of this day when I really cant take it anymore I probably have no choice but to face my fear and confront these evil people Update its now 2nd week in June Now this crazy man has a new thing blasting their car alarm for no apparent reason Their car is parked right directly outside my bedroom window After putting with it for a week pure torture I wrote a note letting them know that there was no need for it that I know it is intentional just to be spiteful against me for complaining And just as I put the note on their door he opened the door right away so all along he was just looking through their peephole just probably playing with their car alarm to get me to go up there I was so scared so as I hurried down the stairs I told him that he was just a very cruel and an unhappy person He said they are moving next month I said oh now thats another thing to worry about Now theyre going to really drop things intentionally and blame it on them moving stuff The torture still continues though he still does that car alarm again for no reason but at least its not as loud So I guess I have to put up with this torture for another month Dont tell me to call the Mgr I dont want to be scoldedtold I dont have to call too many times more ... hide ...

I was an extenant of this apt for about 2 yrs I just love this place The manager was nice and friendly The maintenance is good with regular check up on bed bug mold fan system fire alarmetc the check up will not bother you much if you are the type to keep up good with the check up on your own they wont bother your apartment except mandatory when they know yo 2014-08-01T20:25:33Z
I was an extenant of this apt for about 2 yrs I just love this place The manager was nice and friendly The maintenance is good with regular check up on bed bug mold fan system fire alarmetc the check up will not bother you much if you are the type to keep up good with the check up on your own they wont bother your apartment except mandatory when they know you keep it well is what I mean Insulation good plus excellent heating system Floor is not carpet so easy to clean up only carpet area is the building hall The gates have security code so it pretty much safe The only thing that stop me from coming back here because of my salary is too high for the states standard but I might try another shot later this year more ... hide ...

I wanted to give this place a chance even after reading all the horrible reviews I thought with them being older reviews that maybe something had changed I was wrong and just want this to be a warning for anyone looking now I first tried to set up a viewing with no response whatsoever they actually let you schedule it fully and say someone will contact you to confirm which never happened I was in desperate need of a place quickly so I decided to apply to get the process started I applied payed the application fee gave all my documents in and contacted them through email to let them know I applied I was told it would take a few days to process and I would hear back After a full week or hearing nothing I reached out again and was told my application would be gone through that day which means nothing happened at all for a full week when apparently it could have been processed in a day I heard back later that day that everything looked good on my application but that I would need a cosigner which I expected so I had them apply too also paying another application fee and had them send it in After that I had to wait a few more days without hearing anything We had no way to contact them other then email as when me and my cosigner called multiple times there was no answer and we were met with a message saying the voicemail was full When I finally did hear back I got a brief message saying I was denied based on my original application After it was earlier stated to me that everything was fine and making my cosigner apply and waste money for no reason I reached back out asking what was wrong and if there was anything I could do to clear up anything that was missing so we could be approved and was ignored and never responded to Luckily I found another amazing apartment with very professional responsive management who were nothing but kind and helpful But I cant get over the insane unprofessional staff here and the fact that they wasted my time my cosigners money straight out lied to me about my application in the first place and also ignored my attempts to contact them in the end to resolve things I am not one to usually right reviews especially this long of one but Im hoping sharing my experience will save someone else all the hassle of trying to apply to this place more ... hide ...
