I rented a WOW suite for Valentines Day weekend The hotel staff was excellent and the bar in the living room was great as well all provided exceptional servicennThe issue I had with the hotel is that I had 2 friends at the corner suite top floor and received noise complaints at 10p and 1230p while just having a normal conversation in the roomnnI surmise that 2023-02-21T15:29:08Z
I rented a WOW suite for Valentines Day weekend The hotel staff was excellent and the bar in the living room was great as well all provided exceptional servicennThe issue I had with the hotel is that I had 2 friends at the corner suite top floor and received noise complaints at 10p and 1230p while just having a normal conversation in the roomnnI surmise that the walls are paper thin and I feel that the night manager was not accommodating at all with the situation we chose to leave the hotel early since there was no other option available we didnt even get offered to move to another roomnnIve stayed at many other Ws and have not experienced this be careful about booking your stay here if you plan to not be in bed by 10pm more ... hide ...
