Living at Via6 has been mostly wonderful I was out of town when I had to find a new apartment and Mario helped me tremendously over the phone and over email I probably sent him dozens of emails before and after signing the lease prior to movein He showed me all the units that I wanted to see in detail and it was an easy decision for me to sign with Via6 afte 2022-07-26T05:20:21Z
Living at Via6 has been mostly wonderful I was out of town when I had to find a new apartment and Mario helped me tremendously over the phone and over email I probably sent him dozens of emails before and after signing the lease prior to movein He showed me all the units that I wanted to see in detail and it was an easy decision for me to sign with Via6 after working with MarionnSigning the lease and moving in was pretty smooth considering I moved during the snowstorm I got an amazing deal over the winter season and Im very happy that I chose Via6 I wouldnt say the finishes on the flooring and such are squeaky clean and new but its not something that bothers me too much Central AC has been extremely helpful when the weather began getting warm Having a concierge and security team downstairs helps me feel safe while being in a very busy neighborhoodnnThe only big issue I have with the building is the Fetch delivery service It has been so troublesome to the point that I would never move to a building that uses Fetch in the future Ive had delivery people steal my package when I utilized the Leave At Door option they dont knock loudly enough when I enable the Require Signature so nothing gets delivered during the originally scheduled window almost all packages are delayed and Fetch takes no liability for any of this It is a third party service and ultimately it has nothing to do with Via6s team but I really wish the apartment chose a different logistics company for their package handling more ... hide ...
