I have been living at this place for over 5 years the manager Susan has helped me grow and better my self from highschool drop out to a 2 year college students During her employment here years ago before the gap of none stop turnovers of managers this property was super neat everybodys paper work was done properly no erros of money erros etc However not goin 2021-02-17T21:24:18Z
I have been living at this place for over 5 years the manager Susan has helped me grow and better my self from highschool drop out to a 2 year college students During her employment here years ago before the gap of none stop turnovers of managers this property was super neat everybodys paper work was done properly no erros of money erros etc However not going to mention names when other landlords were hired on I had problems with my money orders being counted towards a whole diffrent apartment as well as paper work problems and the lack of knowing laws and human rights from those employees refusing to send pest to deal with my bed bugs instead using chemical that was not helpful my mother and I had to take measures in to our hands and battle the bugs for a month and half with aloe leafs daily steaming of carperts and many more thankfully I am bed bug free over a year now but was not appreciated the way I was treated Thats when I wished for Susan to be back because she was quick to call pest control and get things taken care of and I guess the universe blessed me with her return to work here and it has been very pleasnt dealing with her and my difficult paper work I can onec again say I can live stress free for now But now that Susan has been back REGAL ARMS IS A PARADISE ONEC again I truly believe if the owners of this multiincome property want these apartements to function at 120 and buisness properly well done with no mistakes andor erros left behind Susan deserves whatever hourly pay she desires and it would be absolutely worth it for this property to do SO more ... hide ...

Worst place I have ever livednbad neighbors loud dangerous not kid friendly crime druggies fighting terrible insulation you can hear everything your neighbors do If you hate noise DONT MOVE HERE

The best manager I got new floors and brand new carpet upstairs when I moved in and new paintI love the view I get of Perry district and the trees Close to great stores and restaurants close to parks and the library Love that you dont need coins to do laundry uses payrange and the machines are newer and clean

I have lived here for 15 months i has been totally harassed assaulted and threatened by 10 of the people who live in the building doing all kinds of partying and drugs galore loud destructive noises garbage all over the place from these druggies every time i go out my door i am constantly yelled at by filthy mouths threatening me threaten my animals gossi 2016-08-30T20:50:02Z
I have lived here for 15 months i has been totally harassed assaulted and threatened by 10 of the people who live in the building doing all kinds of partying and drugs galore loud destructive noises garbage all over the place from these druggies every time i go out my door i am constantly yelled at by filthy mouths threatening me threaten my animals gossipping to other tenants saying negatives that arent true at all I am completely innocent from doing any wrong doings to residents and trying to to make everyone aware of the situation at hand I am a law biding citizen and have no involvement with law enforcementsthe manger and social worker see this daily and dont do anything to protect the residents from bullies the one who assaulted her should have been evicted immediately This is a very hostile negative environment i wouldnt rent here at all more ... hide ...

Mainly inhabited by seniors yet they are treated like children Dont hang anything with nails no improvements to anything allowed no matter how reversible income review every six months because the elderly cannot be trusted to be truthful when they have a pay increase abundant reserved parking spots which are extra money and most are not even car port spots and no one is ever parked in the reserved spots and there is limited free parking oh and your car may be damaged several times a month but they refuse to pay for security much less successfully operating security cameras This place needs some more sympathetic staff if this is going to continue being mostly senior living Our elderly deserve better treatment ESPECIALLY if they have gotten this far in life and dont have much money they still deserve comfort and respect and protection more ... hide ...
