I used to have section 8 couple years ago they refused to extend my voucher before it expired I couldnt find a new place to live as I had to become homeless cause of a neighbor harassment problem my previous landlord refused to do anything about Also due to the pandemic with nothing being available and me losing my job at that time I have mentioned I was ho 2022-12-23T23:24:50Z
I used to have section 8 couple years ago they refused to extend my voucher before it expired I couldnt find a new place to live as I had to become homeless cause of a neighbor harassment problem my previous landlord refused to do anything about Also due to the pandemic with nothing being available and me losing my job at that time I have mentioned I was homeless they didnt bother working with me about what the problem was or even informing me there was such thing as extending your voucher if needed I got an email saying it was terminated I wasnt given a chance to appeal my issue or anything Due to their lack of support help I had to suffer living in another apartment in poor conditions I have almost got evicted cause I couldnt pay my rent and had to use another agency to help me This wouldnt have been an issue if they allowed people to reinstate their voucher due to no fault of their own I was told by someone they dont like doing that which is very strange If anyone is looking at getting assistance whether its from them or another agency it is not worth it they dont care if you have to suffer Also the wait lists are very long and youll be at the bottom if anythingnnYoure better off starting your own business or going back to school more ... hide ...

The neighbors are a big problem I lived there for three years The emergency vehicles are always there ie firetrucks and ambulances Its hard to get anything done about the neighbors causing problems around there its not worth living there

Parking is reserved for staff only on and off hours Residents guests cannot lock their bicycles up anywhere on the property Residents are allowed only two guests at a time Staff offices on each floor to monitor residents and make frequent reports to SPD and CPS

I think everyone here is super friendly and helpful even the ones that dont work here Sure theres lot of loiterers from the homeless But isnt that the point To give the homeless a home somewhere to start The building is nice and secure and Im thankful Im in the one Im in The other building seems a bit more laid back on there rules and regs overall good j 2019-11-19T04:52:40Z
