Hello everyone I would enjoy sharing my fantastic experiences with the Park Tower Apartment building in Spokane WA I have lived in this apartment building for many years I know all of the following to be true in my many years for example The Park Tower Apartment Building security and overall building safety Camera with audio AND visual recordings LockedLimited access building plus a great rapport with the SPD Friendly helpful staff management has the best customer service 10 STARS very helpful caring dedicated loyal smart and fun Maintenance technicians fast hard working gets the job done right the 1st time Social worker on site Full calendar wclasses groups events and much more Our fantastic social worker of the Park Tower Apartment Building helps hugely from adviceresources to paperwork to any and all necessities The Park Tower Apartment Building is the safest coolest best place to live in the entire world I truly give the rating of here at least 5 stars I am so blessed to call the Park Tower home I love it Especially with the most amazing very enjoyable staff thank you endlessly

I have lived here for 15 months i has been totally harassed assaulted and threatened by 10 of the people who live in the building doing all kinds of partying and drugs galore loud destructive noises garbage all over the place from these druggies every time i go out my door i am constantly yelled at by filthy mouths threatening me threaten my animals gossi

I have lived here for 15 months i has been totally harassed assaulted and threatened by 10 of the people who live in the building doing all kinds of partying and drugs galore loud destructive noises garbage all over the place from these druggies every time i go out my door i am constantly yelled at by filthy mouths threatening me threaten my animals gossipping to other tenants saying negatives that arent true at all I am completely innocent from doing any wrong doings to residents and trying to to make everyone aware of the situation at hand I am a law biding citizen and have no involvement with law enforcementsthe manger and social worker see this daily and dont do anything to protect the residents from bullies the one who assaulted her should have been evicted immediately This is a very hostile negative environment i wouldnt rent here at all

Mainly inhabited by seniors yet they are treated like children Dont hang anything with nails no improvements to anything allowed no matter how reversible income review every six months because the elderly cannot be trusted to be truthful when they have a pay increase abundant reserved parking spots which are extra money and most are not even car port spots a

Mainly inhabited by seniors yet they are treated like children Dont hang anything with nails no improvements to anything allowed no matter how reversible income review every six months because the elderly cannot be trusted to be truthful when they have a pay increase abundant reserved parking spots which are extra money and most are not even car port spots and no one is ever parked in the reserved spots and there is limited free parking oh and your car may be damaged several times a month but they refuse to pay for security much less successfully operating security cameras This place needs some more sympathetic staff if this is going to continue being mostly senior living Our elderly deserve better treatment ESPECIALLY if they have gotten this far in life and dont have much money they still deserve comfort and respect and protection
