these people here are beyond rude no one ever answers the phone and when i went in after at least a month of calling she rudely tells me i need to make an appointment How am i suppose to make an appointment if they never answer the phone she asked me what i needed and i told her ive been calling so many times and left so many voicemails then she rudely cuts

My experience with this apartment as well as the managing company Cambridge Management Inc has been very frustrating I am a mother of 4 girls So as you could imagine I was excited to hear about an apartment offering afffordable housing in my area But now after actually dealing with them I am not so sure I would want to be apart of thisnI originally contacted

My experience with this apartment as well as the managing company Cambridge Management Inc has been very frustrating I am a mother of 4 girls So as you could imagine I was excited to hear about an apartment offering afffordable housing in my area But now after actually dealing with them I am not so sure I would want to be apart of thisnI originally contacted the company back in August of this year to move into a potentially open unit in Orchard Heights I had been in close contact with the previous manager She was so helpful However shortly there after she quit due to Managment After that I never received any further information I have called once a week to both locations orchard heights and west No one has ever returned my calls In fact I have reached out to cambridge 4 times in the last 2 weeks in hope I would receive any type of help but again I was told a woman named Natalie would or should contact me Again 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not received a call back I tried calling again to Mason Ave apartments in hope someone would be there to answer the phone and yet again I got a voicemail This charade has gone on since SeptembernIs this how low income is treated Are we unimportant I guarantee if management so happened to fall into hard times they would never want to be ignored or overlooked and treated so rudely

Scheduled 11am and 12pm viewing for me and a coworker to view seperate units the person never showed I received confirmation text and email We sat in the parking lot waiting and leaving voicemail Office hours listed on door said office was to open at 10am on Saturday We arrived early 1040am and waited until 1145am No call back to apologizing but they blocked
