WOW The customer service at Oak Trace apartments specifically from the older woman named Natalie who said shes the manager hard to believe was severly lacking She was extremely rude and dismissive and I was only inquiring about the property and possibly renting in the near future When I first walked into the office there was no Hello there was only HOW CAN I

WOW The customer service at Oak Trace apartments specifically from the older woman named Natalie who said shes the manager hard to believe was severly lacking She was extremely rude and dismissive and I was only inquiring about the property and possibly renting in the near future When I first walked into the office there was no Hello there was only HOW CAN I HELP YOU WHATS YOUR INCOME Just because this dwelling is Housing does not mean that people who are trying to rent there are lesser than and should be treated or talked to in a demeaning manner Who is This so called manager and what are HER credentials I will be reporting her and hopefully she will be able to further her customer service training to better serve future potential renters And also their website is deceiving I set up an appointment to view a unit at a specific day and time but this Natalie called me to say that she was returning my call I called over a week ago and when I told her that I had already made an appointment to come in the day of she said were full and she wouldnt be able to show me any model units So I made and took valuable time out of my busy day to make an appointment to view a unit on a property only to be told it was a mistake because they apparently dont know how to adequately operate their online site UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE I understand why they only have a 25 review rating A property is only as good as its manager
