I do not live here but I babysit 56 nights a week at the Apartment complex It is horrible after 930 pm Kids screaming stomping above and doors slamming A few times I have been awake late and hear ppl outside yelling laughing and walking around I have witnessed a woman standing outside about 3 am smoking what appeared to be weed There is many times I see 2016-09-17T16:49:29Z
I do not live here but I babysit 56 nights a week at the Apartment complex It is horrible after 930 pm Kids screaming stomping above and doors slamming A few times I have been awake late and hear ppl outside yelling laughing and walking around I have witnessed a woman standing outside about 3 am smoking what appeared to be weed There is many times I see ppl sitting in a car or a vehicle in the middle of the parking lot just sitting there and does not have the manners and or common courtesy to move I cannot believe all this is allowed Several times the children have been woken up from all the noise here at night Management picks and chooses who can do what and harasses the good tenants I give this complex maybe a yr before it will be ghetto like most of Tacoma more ... hide ...

Property specialist appartment manager is rude and seems to care little to none about her residents Im not a renter but I care for a disabled senior that resides there I am not impressed with the how the government funded low income housing is being operated
