updatednI was homeless for a few months and tried turning to them for helpBeen waiting since August 2021 to hear from them to get help matching me up with a shared home and never got a phone call I had to keep calling and got the same response nothing this week call back next week Week after week and 6 months later still not even a peep from them If this was free I wouldnt even bother writing this review as you get what you pay for But since I paid and got ZERO help or even advice helping me find a home I feel like I need to express my personal experience to maybe save a few from wasting their time and money Theyre sitting on money I gave them in return for services and got no services What a way for an organization to help ppl in needThankfully I did find a place All on my own my time and energy to find a place I cant speak for all as Im sure many have benefited from them but Im not one of them more ... hide ...

This place cant keep staff around here the staff that are here a veryv very nasty and rudenThey always lose your documents and if you dont have prooof that you pay for your rent they go back two years and charge you for it even though youve been paying your rent They dont care and they want their money at any cost They dont care that youre sick and have 2019-03-22T03:56:16Z

I attended the Groundbreaking II event It was great I am really happy Tacoma is creating more housing for seniors and supporting people who need housing I volunteered on TCRA Board and appreciate the City of Tacoma goals to support housing for the growing population in Tacoma Our future generations are depended on decisions we make today I really hope more s 2017-07-26T06:39:04Z

I just moved in and settled in already It is a secured building very nice place to live and feel safe as well happy Lots of brand new play areas for the children and a brand new basketball court as well as other enjoyable features the building it self is brand new and just opened
