My Mom Dad moved in here almost 11 years ago Mom passed away 6 months after they moved in but Dad is still here Even though he misses Mom Dad is very happy with Arbor Ridge They take such good care of him and I can tell they really do love him My brother I never have to worry about Dad because we know he is in good hands They manage his meds put on t

My Mom Dad moved in here almost 11 years ago Mom passed away 6 months after they moved in but Dad is still here Even though he misses Mom Dad is very happy with Arbor Ridge They take such good care of him and I can tell they really do love him My brother I never have to worry about Dad because we know he is in good hands They manage his meds put on take off his support stockings even do his laundry if he wants They always do it with loving care smiles toonnThe residents get regular visits from local Ombudsmen to make sure things are going smoothly The management staff is always available to the residents family and I do so appreciate themnnDad appreciates them too He tells the caregivers that he just doesnt know what hed do without them

I work as a caregiver here and have had issues with management Work orders dont get processed properly They installed for extinguishers but most of the residents are elderly and they installed large heavy extinguishers in glass boxes placed outside the unit behind the shrubbery which makes it impossible for a tenant to access They only installed one extingui

I work as a caregiver here and have had issues with management Work orders dont get processed properly They installed for extinguishers but most of the residents are elderly and they installed large heavy extinguishers in glass boxes placed outside the unit behind the shrubbery which makes it impossible for a tenant to access They only installed one extinguisher for every two units so if the whole thing goes up or if for spreads to another unit there nothing the tenants will be able to do to protect themselves As a housing complex I would think the safety of the residents would be off utmost importance but not here
