wow I dont know about the other review here but our experience was QUITE different Great tenants a little crazy noise when we first moved in from direct neighbors above but thats died down and has been greatwe know most of the people in the building and its been good This is a downtown building with a downtown market People coming and going but Ive never had any issues with security or homeless people entering apartments Also the security in the front is pretty good compared to other places I lived and as it is a brand new building the front door has definitely had some kinks in its electrical system but it is always dealt with promptly and has only ever had that happen maybe once or twice in the year Ive been herenAnd yes we do have tenant events of which Ive been to a few and they are always great especially the Christmas party Albeit its been awhile but thats been due to new office staff coming inwith whom we are really quite acquainted with and have never had an issue as they are forthcoming and prompt about everything I think noise would be my only complaint but as I said were in a downtown location over a busy street You get used to it I love being able to walk everywhere All in all I really do love my little apartment more ... hide ...

HA What a jokennLived here for over two years and have become sick of the same reoccurring issues The biggest issue is the management if you can even call it management The young gentlemen that works in the office I have had no issues with its the inept temporary people that they put there by themselves I have problems with If you like to show up during their hours of operation boy are you in for a shock The posted hours are hardly followed I have tried to go into the office itself and it has been closed on multiple occasions with no notice It doesnt matter if it was 10 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon When trying to reach the ACTUAL property management office they give you no solid answers as to why nobody is there but only to try again the next daynnParking has also always been an issue here Recently they have tried to combat this by outsourcing parking enforcement to a third party but that has not made too much of a difference go figure There continues to be many broken down POS cars that never move They do not enforce what their definition states is an abandoned vehicle This is EXACTLY why parking is still such a big issue Its okay though there is no actual assigned parking so if you dont have a spot one night then you are forced to park on the street YaynnThese apartments were great when we first moved in it was the change in management that made them feel like youre living in a rundown apartment complex that wants to put little to no effort into doing their job If you like no resolutions to any problems that may arise or you enjoy long walks to and from your car then go ahead and move here more ... hide ...

Finding myself in need of a home That I can afford with my income each month I was concerned about moving to lowincome apartments BUT the manager Irina with a great management team at Cascade Woods is conscientious and professional attention to detail makes the apartment complex run very well because of Irinastaff the apartments are nice and cozy home to get the world off your back for the time I have been here NO breakins to home or cars What I hear about the Russians sounds like reverse racism just look at yourselfhave felt that sting of racism before you point out little thing look at the bigger picture you are living in lowincome apartments you are either poor like me or you are pretending to poor and your just a complainer I have lived in place you had to be armed just to check your mail SO I would say this is the best apartment home in America If I owned a complex like this place Irina staff would be the top answer to making a business run like clockwork Parking is no problem if you are truly lowincome what do you need two brand new cars then you were able to have new things because of the place you lived your credit when up because of the home you found at the Five stars Cascade Woods A very clean and safe home THANK YOU Irina and staff more ... hide ...

It would be a great place except for very shady and creepy neighbors who break the lawsrules constantly People park in your space constantly dogs off leash and nothing is done about it There are a couple town homes that only have 2 people living in them when they are supposed to be for large families everyone has pets that are not supposed to be here the old 2017-10-17T20:20:44Z
It would be a great place except for very shady and creepy neighbors who break the lawsrules constantly People park in your space constantly dogs off leash and nothing is done about it There are a couple town homes that only have 2 people living in them when they are supposed to be for large families everyone has pets that are not supposed to be here the older teens hang out at the small play area where little kids play and use profanity etc while kids play neighbors do not pick up after there dogs our car got keyed by a neighbor and the tenants occupying the apartment are not on lease management knows and nothing is done The longer I am living here the more shadier I am finding out The apartment itself is great very large well built maintenance is done fast and efficient garbage always well kept The grounds are always clean and tidy Brad is a good manager as well as Nathan Just need to get rid of the trashy people and itd be great more ... hide ...

I highly recommend Evergreen Inn Assisted Living Staff is fantastic and residents are always friendly The activity director makes sure there are lots of choices for residents to participate in such as bowling swimming lunch in the park crafts games movies shopping in the community and weekly trips to the library If you or someone you love is looking for an a 2018-03-11T22:06:10Z
