I really have not done any interaction with any of the staff there or any of the residence other than the one I go to see but from what I have seen the cafeteria area is clean right now its out of service because of the whole Corona thing theyre delivering lunches to their rooms front desk lady could be a little bit nicer and put a little smile on her face

They will charge you money for them not doing their jobs Maintenance Doesnt do their job either so be prepared to fix your own stuff We have been waiting for new carpet over 12 years old and no paperwork for when it was originally installed even with a doctor note for sons allergys and to have our bathroom fixed for over three years
