if I could give zero star I would I have tried for a week to get through the phone system to order my meds For some reason I can not order them online at my my health vet website as my medicine has been cancelled and no reason for it given I spent an average of 15 hours on hold never getting through and when I called today I was caller 3 and five minutes lat 2021-09-13T17:29:12Z
if I could give zero star I would I have tried for a week to get through the phone system to order my meds For some reason I can not order them online at my my health vet website as my medicine has been cancelled and no reason for it given I spent an average of 15 hours on hold never getting through and when I called today I was caller 3 and five minutes later I became caller 10 two minutes later caller 21 and had to wait an hour and when connected and the operator verified me She transferred me and I was put back on hold I quit after 20 minutesnI live more than 60 miles away from the nearest VA hospital and I had an appointment for respiratory therapy set for August and I always received a reminder in the mail When none showed I started calling getting no where The VA diagnosed me with CHF Congenital Heart Failure I have less than one week worth of medication I cant order any medicine and can not even get an appointment with a local doctor to do lab work required before receiving medication Your staff has major issues with its phone system and making contact with vets I need my medicine to stay alive And you people are failing me and any vet with heart issues or medical needs I truly understand why the 200 Veterans in Arizona died waiting for appointments or needed medication and care more ... hide ...

Would rate 0 stars of possible Over a month and a half ago one of their apartment complexes next door to my house had a leak that flooded our basement and ruined my laptop Since then Ive called over 15 times and gone too voicemail for all times except 3 and they wouldnt call back even though I very clearly left messages with my phone number and only called b 2021-08-10T21:24:41Z

Im happy to say that although not to say there hasnt been a few snags along the way but the end results of the properties renovations are absolutely appreciated by at least myself Not only have the recent winter of 2020s changes updates have been long overdue but can only prove to be wonderful moves in the right direction for their tenants in maintaining a 2021-04-10T20:12:27Z
