Generally theres a lot of waiting I dont believe that its their fault I think they are overworked and stretched thin They do listen and try to help as much as possible I have spoken with them regarding matters and guided me through as best as they could I know Covid set them way behind and those effects are slowly wearing off Fill out the paperwork they send

Very good maintenance staff Vacuum the halls at least once a weeknTerrible sewer gas smell quite often In the laundry room Maintenance staff constantly working to improve and keepup with repairs and keep it decent I think theres a definite urine smell some times in the hall and elevator

I mean I never heard of such a thing as having ones home inspected MULTIPLE times a month and at least once a month at thatnI understand the demographic is low income and the claim is that what they are trying to emphasize is quiet contentment and having a nice environment but it hardly feels like one can live with dignity especially when the property manage

I mean I never heard of such a thing as having ones home inspected MULTIPLE times a month and at least once a month at thatnI understand the demographic is low income and the claim is that what they are trying to emphasize is quiet contentment and having a nice environment but it hardly feels like one can live with dignity especially when the property manager chastises an adult and threatens revocation of lease in front of their children Insisting that there are no excuses for a home not to be immaculate is to menUnacceptable It also makes me uncomfortable knowing that they will use flash photography while tenants are still residing in the unitnLastly I do get that there was a huge cleanup and renovations to get the bad seeds out in order to improve the area but I hardly think that having so many people come in and out of my home judging housekeeping and notpicking has any bearing on me as a person how I conduct myself or the kind of company I keep It may be pretty and quiet but it isnt peaceful living for me Cannot wait until my lease is up
