Ive lived there 6 yrs its an okay place to live Came from Charleston where I had lived 11 yrs at Jacob Arbors things were getting dangerous though I was in a secure building but being in the hood or close to it then their was the old city park now called Vista View Apts Was very glad to leave Charleston live in St Albans everything I need is accessible wal 2017-12-26T06:18:28Z

We are writing this about Judith Richards the apartment manager not because we want to disrespect her but rather to save others from being victimized by her and her anticsnWe are writing this to share our experience in hopes that other people can avoid the embarrassment and violations of personal space Judith stole my daughters belongings from her apartment Not only did Judith stole from a mother my daughter of a new born baby but also she stole my daughters self purchased workrelated items Judith kept lying first she said she didnt go through anything and then said she threw everything away When in fact she had most of my daughters belongings in her office She stole her toilet paper big pack and refused to give it back saying youll just have to live without it She stole her cleaning supplies vacuum clothes and so much more Went through her personal belongings and went as far as to throw away personal and important papers My daughter had until the end of the month the 31st and Judith took it into her own liberty to do such a crime against a tenant my daughter of this property site Please beware and know what you are dealing with before considering here This all resulted from the lack of communication skills that are expectations coming from her being a landlord Other tenants have said that Judith Richards causes fear and stress because shes constantly looking for any reason to kick someone out Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this more ... hide ...
