Maintenance cant do their jobs correctly My bedroom heater hasnt worked since last yr There was black mold in the corner of my bedroom walls they supposedly took care of it with moldstat chemical left no information about the chemical mold started coming back not even 12 hrs later My neighbors have mold problems I told them on a Sunday through email I was mo 2019-01-21T18:52:09Z

They evicted a gentleman for smoking No proof that he was smoking in apartment They have now targeted other smokers in the building for eviction without proof in winter before Christmas and with covid active in the buildingnThis is a government low rent apartment Heaters dont work and some clothes dryers are broke This is shamefulAptsnnUpdate Weather below 2021-02-12T01:15:28Z
