2022 REVIEW PLEASE READnThese apartments are absolutely stunning Ive been trying to get into them for months now and no luck not because of a waiting list I was having so much trouble contacting the management of this place that I decided to go to the apartments during their office hours and no one was ever there I went back multiple times and still the place was empty One of the times I went there I ran into 2 lovely gentleman who explained to me the situation they were having with the management They told me the manager only comes to the offices once a month because shes too busy with other properties that she owns They had said that they are trying to get in contact with the city because of how neglected they are as tenants god forbid anything were to break in your apartment because they wont come and fix it was a direct quote from one of the men They had also said there were a few available units that they havent rented out simply because THEYRE NEVER THERE Im not saying dont apply to these apartments because they really are great Ive had a couple of friends that have lived in them in the past All Im saying good luck more ... hide ...

this is home management is wonderful people are very nice y can not here your neighbor at all quite time 10pm 8AMnbeautiful view trail to walk onnsolar panels bills are good price and best of all under ground parking

I was a previous tenant at GrandView for over 2 years residing in unit 10 My family and I experienced harassment from day one beginning from unit 11 For example unit 11 stated we were to loud during our move in process walked into our unit unannounced constantly targeted our guest had a camera facing our front door had constant disputes about our two year old child and also called in false reports to the police This was all brought up to management and they never resolved the issue with unit 11 After living there for 34 months management notified us that the our energy meters were crossed We had been paying another units energy bill for the past 34 months They thought that paying half of what was back due was acceptable instead of owning their mistake and paying the entire bill I still believe that the energy meters werent fixed because our energy bill was still outrageously high Management and maintenance are unprofessional here at Grandview we had plenty of delays in work orders had we placed Management never notified us of when maintenance would be stopping by There were times I was showering and not aware that maintenance was in my home until getting out of the shower This was my first rental experience and Grandview Townhomes made it a nightmare for my family and I more ... hide ...
