Im glad I will never have to be in a dump like that Shame on the manager of the place blaming someone for bringing it in Even so it shouldnt have gotten to the point that it was heavily infested Dont they wash sheets and clean rooms Someone should have noticednWould the manager stay there or have members of family stay there I doubt it

The management does a really great job My husband and I have had a really good experience with Kate and Steve They got our unit ready early so that we had multiple days to move in and are always really quick to address any maintenance or other issues that come up This is the second apartment that we are renting from Kate and each time the staff is very polit 2022-05-31T15:56:28Z
The management does a really great job My husband and I have had a really good experience with Kate and Steve They got our unit ready early so that we had multiple days to move in and are always really quick to address any maintenance or other issues that come up This is the second apartment that we are renting from Kate and each time the staff is very polite friendly and happy to assist The one gentleman even takes off his shoes each time he goes into the apartment to fix something which is something that really made an impression on me I also love that the apartments have little details that other management companies dont bother with but make a huge difference The European door knobs that allow you to open up doors even if you have your hands full soft close cabinets and well thoughtout closets flooring choices make a huge difference in the living quality The only downside I can see is the internet speed capacity since the building would need to be rewired But I personally think it is very much worth it for all the perks of this place Overall were really happy to be renting with a good company that clearly cares about their apartments and is always working on renovating their apartments improving the common space and actually caring for their customers more ... hide ...

Love the living on the outer edge of town The apartments are a little outdated but come with a storage unit right next to your apartment Also some neighbors are exceptional but many are questionable
