My mom is in her mid90s and had lived in her home alone until about a month ago In the past few years before COVID hit I toured about 10 assisted living facilities in the area so I knew what was out there when she finally needed to move Brenwood Park was always in my top 3 I chose Brenwood because the other 2 facilities I had liked gave me the impression of living in a hotel with a lot of closed doors and long hallways Brenwood is very open and accessible for those with limited mobility Because of their lovely sitting areas and open dining rooms there is always a lot of natural light in the building The rooms are spacious and able to be decorated however the residents want them to be The staff is kind and patient which was of utmost importance to me because my mom was not happy about leaving her home and was a bit of a challenge when she first moved in Although visitation is limited because of COVID I am able to schedule visits in her room and if thats not possible I can still have window visits with her because all rooms are on one level Moving my mom to assisted living was one of the hardest things I have ever done but the staff at Brenwood continues to make me realize I made the right choice more ... hide ...

The people who live here are greatnWhatever I want or need all I have to do is ask Beth and she will take care of menThere are alot of activities that are planned for everyone to take part in like the garden club dinner club bingo game dominos card clubs virtual bowling golf darts and they are all listed on the calendar that we recieve each month
