Not a recommended place to live Although the rent is affordable the quality of management is well beyond poor Upon move in our apartments we not ready smoke stained blinds slow draining tub leaking toilet cobwebs and piles of dead bugs crowded the closet shelve tops dog feces smudged in the corner of our entry way ripped up base boards front door that HARDLY closes properly were all issues that were ill addressed upon move in After about 2 months of living here we still have yet to get 80 of these issues fixed we have a daughter due in a month and weve been trying to patiently wait for management to aid in fixing the apartmentnAfter several times of calling management having them walk in to our apartment unannounced 3 times we finally have a date where the remainder of the problems should be fixed but my husband and I have low hopes of this occurringnManagement also recently switched out our onsite laundry to new washers and dryers these washers and dryers were very far from new The drum of the washer is half the size of the old ones making the cost of laundry the same but having to do 2x more loadsnnAgain cost of apartments are great But with how many times weve been let down disappointing discussed and frustrated with management within only the first 2 months of move in is terribly disappointing more ... hide ...

Beautiful apartments and nice appliances but the neighbors and neighborhood is not welcoming to black African Americans the property management is Diane shes racist right along with the community but other than that its a very beautiful environment for any and everyone that wat to deal with one sided management that treat blacks disrespectful and idiotic
