Ive lived here for a year now and honestly its been the best place Ive rented ever Its cleanthe complex nice and quiet neighbors are super friendly the outside areas are always clear of litterand theres a playground nearby as wellnnMy apartment is nice and big and the rent is definitely worth what one pays All appliances have worked with no problem and the 2021-10-13T20:46:11Z

Rosewood Villas is a wonderful place to live The grounds and building are well maintained The management here is responsive and delightful My only complaint is that we are no longer allowed to have birdfeeders which was a reason for me being here I am hoping that it changes very soonnAlthough I do not currently participate in the activities residents see 2015-11-16T18:27:49Z
