This apartment complex had my car towed illegally while I was DELIVERING GROCERIES TO A QUARANTINED FRIEND due do COVID19 and then refused to provide any sort of help getting the car back I was parked legally for a total of 30 minutes My friend has WRITTEN PROOF from the landlord saying guests can park there and the landlord still refused to do anything This

Management is useless Continually contacted them about issues with dogs off leash that jump on people and the owner has no control over Once he ripped my bags and my groceries went everywhere and the owner didnt even apologize or help me pick it up I have had incidents like this at least 10 times and emailed her at lease 3 and nothing happens

UPDATE raised our rates and now the building is a giant construction zone halls are dirty building isnt being clean once a week like it was still no roof furniture on the patioREALLY SORRY I RENEWED HERE gorham properties raised the rent in 2016 and now they are raising the rent for 2017 from 122 and 142 on an efficiencies many tenants are on fixed incomes T
