Most of the residents are very friendly but the maintenance man is very rude and predatory He also likes to scream and is extremely combative disrespectful and angry He has knocked on my door without a notice several times because he needed to take the AC cover off quickly or fix this or measure that WITHOUT a notice and was enraged when asked for a notice He even came back a few days later asking to be let in and I told him that he needed a notice and he said he had it with him even though legally the resident needs a 24 hour notice He seems to want to catch women off guard He has some very very serious issues and I warn any single woman or any persons with disabilities to NOT live at Norris Manor while the maintenance man still works here He seems like the type to try to take advantage of someone who is not mentally competent The police have also been called on him several times and it is documented more ... hide ...

Do not rent from this place Will not get deposit back no matter how clean the place is after you move out and aparently their is a move out fee too No upkeep or new appliances even though they raise the rent every year Not to mention a mice problem You can get a nicer place some where elce for the same amount you spend here
