The walls or shall I say the floor is extremely thin I hear every bump and thump People are constantly blasting music late at night not to mention the few altercations I hear in the back of the building Management did a great job of selling this place The parking options could be better I like my apartment and but I could do without the rest

It is okay they do fixed it well and clean it up well i can not judge them thanks you and God bless younThis is place is good But the peoples problems of negative each other They dont care the rules in the place Thats all

My move in process was initiated in June of this year I was told that I was second on the waiting list to move in All of my paperwork was submitted and told I was approved I was given a move in date of January 1st 2019 given my address but not given the amount of rent that I would be paying based on my income I called several times and left messages Ashley d 2018-12-10T19:42:16Z
My move in process was initiated in June of this year I was told that I was second on the waiting list to move in All of my paperwork was submitted and told I was approved I was given a move in date of January 1st 2019 given my address but not given the amount of rent that I would be paying based on my income I called several times and left messages Ashley did return my calls however she could not provide an amount of how much my rent would be for two weeks On December 6th Ashley left me a voice mail stating that my income was above the income limit for the apartments They had my information for MONTHS Id already given my landlord of 10 years my 30 day notice he has a new Tennant to move in put in change of address forms packed up majority of my house and now my children and I have nowhere to live This is the most unprofessional situation Ive ever been in when renting a new home more ... hide ...
