Dont let the price fool you This place is full of mice huge bugs drug dealers and prostitutes Not recommended for children I have complained to management about the mice in my unit and stench of weedgarbage in the hallways and has not done anything to helpnnI have gotten stuck in the older elevator TWICE and had the fire department called to rescue me They said theyve been coming here for years because of that same old elevator Once they get the people out they leave that elevator shut down for days There are two elevators but the older one is the only one that goes down to the basement where the laundry room is Even the washing machines are horrible Every time I go down there to do laundry theres at least one out of the four washers thats out of ordernnThere are way more problems with this apartment like getting muggedstared at by some creeps witnessing a shooting right outside your window followed by watching a woman scream for help in the middle of the street having your boyfriend being offered a good time by a prostitute while walking down the hallway getting annoyed by an elderly woman who constantly asks you if you have a cigarette every time she sees you fitness room is a joke window doesnt even open etcnnIf you are a responsible respectful tenant who expects other tenants to be the same I would not recommend this place more ... hide ...

I moved into Evergreen Square almost 5 years ago My experience here has been great I like the apartment most of the other tenants and I totally have come to really like and respect the staff here The manager Stephany always has a friendly smile whether its just to say hi while walking by her office or in the middle of a snowstorm and shes outside working to 2020-05-07T22:48:07Z
I moved into Evergreen Square almost 5 years ago My experience here has been great I like the apartment most of the other tenants and I totally have come to really like and respect the staff here The manager Stephany always has a friendly smile whether its just to say hi while walking by her office or in the middle of a snowstorm and shes outside working to make sure everyones car is moved and helping us clean off our cars She remembers the names of my grandkids and acknowledges them when they are over If I have a maintenance issue she sends someone Bob who just retired and will be missed or Mario who is very pleasant and helpful over promptly and its fixed A lot of people here have been here for a long time and I can only attribute that to good management Metroplitan Is doing it right for the tenants here at Evergreen Square with their staffing Thank you more ... hide ...
