I really love it here Ive been here almost 3 years and I feel safe for the most part coming home considering the downtown area Its clean my neighbors are barley noticeable its the perfect spot to hang out near downtown with family and friends great small workout room and maintenance man is awesome I wish rates werent so expensive though

Brutally honest review of City Hall SquarenOur apartment has great views of the river awesome downtown location and the brick interior walls are great Thats about the only good thing about this apartment building The parking garage spaces are tight and rarely do residents park their cars with any care Ill be happy if I make it through the lease without a scratch on my vehicle The coin laundry is just so so Machines often breakdown and cloths are left in the machines much longer then they should be frustrating if you ask me Walls are very thin and easy to hear other residents Most nights its fairly quiet but often times on weekends we end up listening to other peoples parties We were lucky enough to have our room smell of cigarette smoke Everywhere we are in the room at certain times of the day there will be a strong odor throughout our entire apartment Rather than recaulk the walls maybe the staff should focus more on fixing the issue of someone smoking in their apartment The appliances are old and outdated Cabinets are in poor shape most have water damage and dont open and close straight anymore Very very limited on cabinet and closet space With 2 people living in a one bedroom unit we had absolutely no space to store all of our items It was hard to store food from grocery shopping because there is no room to keep any of it In the winter they crank the heat so high the apartment is often times unbearably warm We spent the entire winter with our windows open and air on at night The office closes at five every night which often makes it difficult to receive your packages Honestly for the price you have to pay you can get a lot more for your money at other places This could be a beautiful building and a great place to live but unfortunately its burdened by poor management Two months left on our lease and we cant wait to get the heck out of here Be cautious when considering this a place more ... hide ...

I moved here in July and have loved it ever sense A new management came in and started caring about repairs and upgrades in the building They fixed hallways making them more welcoming adding protection for our packages and fixing maintenance requests Its really nice here great building and great location
