THIS PLACE IS A SCAM 1st red flag property manager Laquita bridges didnt appear for our first meeting 2nd red flag Property manager Laquita Bridges was late for appointment I applied for this place in December was told that it would take a couple of weeks for the application to process but in order to hold the unit I would have to put down a 150 deposit After giving my 150 I heard NOTHING from this company I called on multiple occasions even sent emails After about two weeks of calling the property manager I decided to call the actual company well they werent any help either I was told someone would give me a call back but never did Finally after sending the property manager an email stating that I would Pursue the matter in small claims court she decided to respond told me that I could come pick up my deposit NEVER GAVE AN EXPLANATION ON WHY PHONE CALL WASNT RETURNED OR WHY SHE DIDNT REACH OUT more ... hide ...

After 2 months they finally fix my air conditioner only for it break again before the holiday weekend I informed them it was broken and they couldnt even take 5 fing minutes out of their day to come look at it Instead I am stuck in an upstairs apartment on Memorial Day weekend with no ac the temps in this place as I am writing are over 100 degrees accordin 2014-05-24T03:27:59Z

I have lived here for a little over a year I remember when I used to look like a 1989 and 1990 and to see how the reviews and it been revised and restructured And typically a nice place to live my neighbors and I genuinely get along they are no disputes no neighbor wars but we are big family and at the end of the day even when I move we will be the best friend I cant speak on the staff because the staff has changed since Ive been here the housekeeping has stopped and maintenance is still 24 hours I also can say they work with you they know times are hard with COVID19 they know situation is happening but they are compassionate and understanding and they will support you so if you decide to live in Jackson Square Apartments all you have to do is become a part of the solution not the problem and you wereWell enjoy your time as a tenant as I have more ... hide ...

Do not consider living here I along with multiple friends have lived in this building over the years and have collectively had horrible experiences I am a young professional who takes care of their home and was hit with every possible way for them to take my security deposit even after having hired a cleaning service The day of our move out the management came to our apartment for inspection and were incredibly rudecondescending to us and even told us we clearly didnt do a great job It was inappropriate and uncalled fornnIve lived in many different apartment complexes over my 10 years in Milwaukee now and never have I seen anything worse I promise you will not be a valued tenant and they will find every possible way to take your money Also you should be warned there is an extremely loud train that regularly runs outside the windows that they dont tell you about It would wake us up all night longnnOverall the building itself is in very poor condition this company is very cheap The elevator is not safe and is constantly having to be repaired The maintenance crew is also rude and is constantly smoking cigarettes outside the front door to get into the building Weve also twice had them show up without notice because they mixed up their schedulennIve never written a bad review before like this but felt it was necessary if it will help someone decide against living here and having the experience that myself and so many others have The apartment manager Emily is actually very sweet but she has little to no authority and would consistently need to ask corporate and then ultimately any requests we had would be denied more ... hide ...
