I called this place home for 2 years and absolutely LOVED it The staff at Germania were absolutely wonderful If ever there was a maintenance issue the team was quick to resolve it The buildings historic charm along with the units updated features finishes and amenities were great Location can not be beat being right along the riverwalk I am sad that I have r 2021-07-16T21:33:53Z

Ive lived here for almost two years now in a two bed two bath Overall Im very pleased with the apartment and managementnnProsn1 Low utilities bills in the Winter For some reason we hardly have to heat our apartment in the Winter at all Our bills in the Summer are on the higher end but only for 3 months or sonn2 What you see is what you get There were no hidden atrocities waiting to appear once we moved in Everything works no problems with insects or rodents no water or heating issues etc The occasional problem weve had over two years has been quickly resolved by managementnn3 Nice location near the capital a little more removed from the University than most placesnn4 Lots of natural light in our place corner unitnn5 Underground parking available and is heated in the winter which is HUGEnnConsn1 Some students DO live here and sometimes it can be noisy or smell like weed but in my experience theyve been respectful and receptive to feedbacknn2 Trash and recycling are in the garage no chute and people have no respect for the dumpsters so it can be annoying to dispose of garbagenn3 Ceilings are a bit thin Honestly I think our upstairs neighbors just stomp around sometimes so maybe its not the ceilingsnnOverall a very positive experience though I would recommend living here on the basis of what you see is what you get alone No surprises just nice apartments more ... hide ...

MsTiana who is in the leasing office is the most unprofessional disrespectful individual that you will encounter She proclaims to be a woman of God but her behavior and actions are very evil DO NOT GO TO A SUNDAY SERVICE WITH HER IN WHICH THE CHURCH IS LOCATED ON MAYFAIR ROAD I would never follow someone whose like her shes not healed she cant offer healing 2022-03-29T02:47:58Z

I never write reviews But my experience with this apartment community has been far from satisfactory As a current market rate resident paying upward of 1500 for a unit I feel obligated to share my insight with any other prospective tenants The company that manages the property is ACC Management group and with the exception of the assistant manager have been negligent careless and nonresponsive when it comes to addressing tenants concerns Recently twelve you read correctly twelve vehicles had their windows smashed and burglarized Response from the management We are not responsible for the mischief caused by other parties Partially correct legally speaking intervening clause applies However after conversing with the other residents it turns out that such occurrences have happened in the past and the management group simply ignored the acts of vandalism and responded with none other than It happens I wrote several letters to the manager regional manager looking not to curse or threaten but to merely bring them to the table and engage them in a constructive productive discourse that will help the current and prospective residents feel safer and not wonder every morning if their vehicles have been burglarized again Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease more ... hide ...
