After 3 years my husband and I are moving Its sad to see what this property has become It has seriously gone downhill Property managers are switched out like socks they have one person whom they expect to do everything packages are opened or stolen the building is absolutely filthy the rooftop and other common areas are never open and the list goes on Dont let the online pictures fool you they are from 3 years ago when this place first opened It looks NOTHING like that now They ought to be ashamed if they are conducting tours If this is how Herman Kittle Property Group treat their income restriction properties it speaks a lot towards their over all character They are the worst property management group Ive ever encountered We were blessed to not have a problem with our unit considering what my neighbors have experienced we have had a virtually problem free experience nothing has stopped working thankfully and I loved our view We met some amazing people here and we appreciate everything Anthony does for the building Sadly we have individuals who do not care about where they live allow their children to run amuck breaking things and grown people tampering with packages amongst other things I cant recommend this property to anyone in good conscious Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere more ... hide ...

Century City Lofts is managed much better since when I first moved here over 5 years ago The manager we have is awesome and always responsive Ive never had a problem with contacting her on the days shes supposed to be at our location No complaints from me
