This place is awful I cannot believe theyd make a single father of five young boys move out because they wanted more money Theyre making this family homeless so they can increase the rent by 400 Absolutely disgusting And this is even the first family theyve forced out to get that higher rent either Absolutely shameful How do you sleep at night knowing what youre doing to these familiesnnIn response to the property messagennThere have never been lease violations There have been accusations against the boys that have always turned up false There was even a request to have security cameras installed to see if it was really the boys in question so parental intervention could be taken but was always told were working on it Even when they were accused of stealing from a neighbor they helped find the item that was stolen by another boy who didnt even live in the same building The rent has always been paid on time There is literally no reason to remove this family more ... hide ...

I lived in the Menasha WoodsNeenah Court Apartments for almost 3 years Due to life circumstances I needed to find residence in income based housing The living arrangements were better than what I had anticipated given my financial circumstances and the people were really wonderful The management is professional courteous and treats you with respect I never felt judged or slighted with regard to my financial circumstances and was always met kindly by the property manager I no longer qualify to live there but it was a wonderful place to call home for almost 3 years more ... hide ...

Im basing this off my experience when I lived there Im now so happy to hear Cheryl has finally been fired and hopefully these apartments are under better management Cheryl would personaly seak out people who were in an interracial relationship and manipulate them and try to use her power in to scaring them and harass them When I first moved in everything was 2018-07-01T22:53:42Z
Im basing this off my experience when I lived there Im now so happy to hear Cheryl has finally been fired and hopefully these apartments are under better management Cheryl would personaly seak out people who were in an interracial relationship and manipulate them and try to use her power in to scaring them and harass them When I first moved in everything was fine when I went to pay my rent on the first of the month they would say they forgot I lived there It wasnt until I got with my daughters father who is black that I started getting all sorts of phone calls and 5 day eviction notices Then she would pop up saying I owed money out of no where Not surprised to hear she was fired for embezzling money more ... hide ...

My Mom moved into Hearthside Commons in 2016 After living there mostly in her apartment and hospital for the first two months she was talked badly about by a group of residents she received a 5day notice to move out for receiving mail that was not hers The USPS carrier showed her mail to the Manager prior to putting into her mailbox and my Mom didnt know she received mail yet because she was unable to check her mailbox which is opened with a key only she is supposed to have and she didnt receive the first two months of the paper because the manager told her that Well people here have their name and apartment number put on the paper they receive When the Post Crescent was called the said the address label Had to be requested by the customer which my Mom was not aware of when she ordered the paper Just this morning 2202017 the manager yelled at my brother who is visiting from California for being there too longhe has only been in Wisconsin for 2 weeks and one of those weeks was spent at my Dads So I dont want my Mom to be constantly and consistently picked on like this This apartment complex is for the elderly and disabled Im concerned that she will continue to be mistreated Please be careful if you or anyone you care about are going to move here I hope my Mom moves soon more ... hide ...
