My apartment is terrible There are others that are really nice but Im leaving as soon as I can There are new owners so hopefully they wont rent this unit and convert it to storage The bedroom windows are on the landing so I can never open them or everyone coming in and out of the building looks directly into the bedroom The door to the east wing is directly outside the apartment and its opening and closing all day and night People sit on the steps and smoke so I cant open windows There are buckets of water that have been in the hallways for months from the leaking ceiling pipes If the staff likes you they are great if you complain because they kept a package in the office for 5 months because they have no tracking system and they forgot youll be put on their list and when you inform them of rodents in the apartment they will just ignore you There is black string mold in the bathroom pipes so no matter how much I scrub it keeps coming back When work is done trucks will park under your window all day for cleaning the carpets or whatever theyre doing that day The apartment above has no sound insulation and at all hours of the day and night 3 am 4 am the ceiling shakes with loud thumps wonder if theyre putting in a bowling alley Like I said there are some people who love it here but you have to have an apartment above the first floor and on the southwest end of the building The rest arent so great Its not really a home its more like a longterm residence motel youre just a paying guest its not really your apartment its theirs youre just a temporary tenant more ... hide ...

I get that the staff are most likely over worked and under paid but that does not give them the right to be rude and disrespectful As a landlord who has a property listed with them I will be removing my property not because of tenants but because of the way they respond and talk to people in a very unprofessional manner I suggest that HUD gives them some pro 2021-12-05T18:58:08Z

Im a tenant at Trinity Terrace great place for elders Very friendly neighbors quiet area provides a lot for the tenants to do gym area bingo cookouts ets Very nice Flat screen TVs in the day room computer accessible Even has its own Barber Shop MUST SEE I love it here you might to Manager Ursula is very helpful and nice
