Yes it was a long wait3 years which is the averageand not their fault but I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity at all At first I was given a place for myself and my children but when my children grew upI had to move and was able to move to Saratoga Heights The people who have worked here over the years have always done their best considering how understaffed they are due to federal budget cuts over 2 decades Yet On Christmas each resident was surprised by a gift bag of goodies and card from 2 of the staff members there are over 100 they made And know these ladies they probably paid for it out of their own pockets They are very accepting of every human being no matter their race religion creedetc Just like with every landlord there are issues sometimes that come up Sometimes their hands are tied because the government doesnt provide them all they need to provide us all that we needbut it eventually gets worked out I actually came to this website to get a phone number and saw the reviews and just had to chime in I so very much appreciate them They work theiroff A few are nearing retirement ageand I have no idea what we will do without them God Bless them all more ... hide ...

I moved into Willow Park Apartments in September of this year I have been to a lot of apartments and I must say Willow Park Is a very nice Apartment complex The manager is very nice The maintenance staff tends to your needs quickly and efficiently And the people here are very very nice I would recommend Willow Park Apartments

So far a terrible experience and we havent even seen the apartment Very minimal photos on every site imaginable and its the same pictures When you call if the person picks up you find someone who is actually quite helpful with answering questions but has to direct you to someone else and that person is incredibly rude on the phone and just says we have not 2018-03-23T18:50:17Z
