This place is a dump They refuse to fix things in a timely manner Just because you put a new roof on doesnt fix the bigger issue at hand They refuse to address issues with high moisture The winter snow removal team seems to lack any proper snowice removal procedures The spring time they would rather not clear the water for the residents and instead ask them

This place is a dump They refuse to fix things in a timely manner Just because you put a new roof on doesnt fix the bigger issue at hand They refuse to address issues with high moisture The winter snow removal team seems to lack any proper snowice removal procedures The spring time they would rather not clear the water for the residents and instead ask them if they can stay home until the water goes down They would rather wait for the city to come before spending a dime If you want to move they make you give a two month notice and if you are unable to find housing in a timely manner before the lease expires they force you into another year contract Keeping people from moving forward is what it is

This is a great place to live in Wausau wi the apartment building is very secure and safe and everyone is very nice the apartments are beautiful and tons of storage space for all of your stuff the rent is worth the price paid great place to meet and make friends with everyone here

They dont clean the air ducts yearly their washers and dryers consistently break down and have problems their manegement is not easy to work with when it comes to improvements compliments or criticism they do not offer wifi in the apartments just down in the cafeteria they do not offer cable to tenants they do not offer phone or hotspot service they do no
