This is a great place to live in Wausau wi the apartment building is very secure and safe and everyone is very nice the apartments are beautiful and tons of storage space for all of your stuff the rent is worth the price paid great place to meet and make friends with everyone here

When I moved out they never got me my security deposit Its been 2 months and I have not heard anything from them

They dont clean the air ducts yearly their washers and dryers consistently break down and have problems their manegement is not easy to work with when it comes to improvements compliments or criticism they do not offer wifi in the apartments just down in the cafeteria they do not offer cable to tenants they do not offer phone or hotspot service they do no 2021-11-07T16:40:17Z
