I moved here in the Fall of 2018 I have to say that the historic building is very beautiful it has a lot of original woodwork marble and granite also a huge canvas mural depicting the early pioneers that settled the Wisconsin river valley and how the area was transformed from forest into farmland nd citysnThe application process and building manager was ver

Appointment lady was very rude and snotty She made me feel as if she was better than me and discriminating towards me for whatever reason maybe because my husband is Mexican I had waited almost a year and a half for this appointment with two kids and homeless for most of that time just to be late 10mins and told she could no longer help me and that I missed

When you want to find out information about this apartment building and throws you to the designer of who did the apartments and you cant get anywhere about finding out anything about the apartment complex Thats a disgrace to the management of the city of Wausau Everybodys in it to make out a buck for themselves and their buddies Why isnt there anybody thats
