I would never recommend this agency They have a lot of new agents but it was a seasoned professional that I found to be very rude unprofessional and arrogant The correspondence Ive received from this agency was belittling and crude not at all what you would expect from a supposed professional agent When I pointed out their behavior no apology was offere

I would never recommend this agency They have a lot of new agents but it was a seasoned professional that I found to be very rude unprofessional and arrogant The correspondence Ive received from this agency was belittling and crude not at all what you would expect from a supposed professional agent When I pointed out their behavior no apology was offered My property was listed for nearly 2 years and only one contact was made in that time They have earned that rating of 31 and it is going to get lower No results from this agency just go somewhere else and save your time and moneynn92619 Never received a response from the company on this I guess they really do not care about their clients Bad customer service from both the Wisconsin Rapids location as well as the corporate office

Unbelievable long wait the section 8 housing Voucher program leaders are not at all helpful in showing or talking to landlords to help with obstacles of being approved by a landlord If you need special assistance better have that ready the day of your interview because if I would of known that I would of had the help I needed before that
