Tanner Terrace Apartments accepts Seniors and those with mobility issues The apartments are small approximately 528 sq ft There is a breakfast bar but no room for a dining room table The kitchen is very small with little room for storage You cant fit a regular size baking pan in the oven However the amenities far outweigh these challenges There are activities each month for residents The owner holds a meeting once each month There is a resident board There is a greenhouse and land to plant vegetables The grounds are beautiful and are regularly kept up There are roses lining the walkways The office staff is wonderfulprofessional yet deeply caring about each resident You pay 30 percent of your income for rent which includes utilities Small dogs are allowed with a deposit and a monthly pet fee They provide clean up stations and are strict about cleaning up after your dog Overall it is a very nice place to live No Cox They have a computer room for residents Oh there is also a fairly new game room and a very full library There is also a place to check out movies Gus The Bus also stops at the property The wait to get in is about a year though You must go through an application process This is a HUD owned property
